Mt. Vernon Countryside Manor is a licensed nursing home with the ability to care for 101 residents, include 32 who need specialized, skilled nursing care. We accept both Medicare and Medicaid. In addition to our long-term care program, we have an outstanding short-term rehabilitation program for those who are recuperating from surgery or injury and need a comprehensive program to regain their strength and independence.
